2, 2007
Novice Standard run - our first time in
standard. FIRST PLACE! We had a refusal on
the panel jump which Whisper had never seen
before and I cued her late into the weaves but
totally great job. Way to go Whisper! This was
an AKC Trial. We keep getting better.

Whisper got her NA and NAJ titles in AKC
this spring but we both started to get
nerves and suffered from confidence
issues. This weekend, I was not concerned
about qualifying scores just working on
start line routines and confidence and
hopefully to get the speed we have in
practice. I was really proud of both of us.
We had a blast. We didn't get any Q's but
we did have placements. We got 4th and
3rd place in Gamblers and 1st and 2nd
place in standard. Her speed started to
come back on Sunday.
